During the process, the workers came on time and were easy to work with. They were courteous and each day they left the site clean. Eric Sherf worked with us and was constantly on the job site to supervise and get our input on all stages of the process. The project came in within budget. Eric worked with us to keep cost down when there was a revision to the original plan. The kitchen was completed on schedule.

So much I have to say in such a short paragraph...ESV Prime Construction has just completed the 3rd house for me. (That says it all..)
My relationship with ESV and particularly with Eric sherf has been going back since 2005. There first project was to custom build and renovate our current 3000 Sq. Ft Home from A to Z , and I mean it! They designed and built it to the last nail. Eric was there for me since day one, the crew was there everyday until job was completed ahead of schedule. For that reason I have let ESV work on all other investment properties as well.

ESV Prime construction performed a staircase addition to our home. We had a room above our garage that was not accessible from inside our house. A wall was taken down and a staircase and railing were installed. We are very happy with the job.
This company's professionalism has been thorough from first consultation through finishing. Each stage of the work is done properly: architects and engineers are utilized and everything is done to code. The GC is responsive and communicative: every concern, question, and issue was promptly addressed and quickly resolved. I agree with what's written on ESV's website: the scheduling is aggressive and they take one's budget into consideration. I would say the most satisfying and comforting aspect of the process was the particularly solid professionalism of the workers. The guys who were at the house all day long couldn't have been more great. I think this is indicative of a company well worth doing business with.
