Our founder, Ari, brought over two decades of hands-on construction expertise to ESV. A licensed General Contractor (CSLB #1065151) with deep knowledge of Los Angeles building codes, LADBS permitting processes, and California seismic requirements, Ari personally oversees every project from initial consultation to final walkthrough. His philosophy is straightforward: treat every home as if it were his own.
